Our Marketplace

MxSense Select operates with two primary types of product listings:

MxSense Official Store

Products and services offered directly by MxSense are identified as MxSense Official Store listings.

For these products, the applicable product information, pricing, fulfilment, warranty, return, refund, and support conditions are provided by MxSense.

Registered Sellers & Suppliers

MxSense Select also enables approved third-party sellers and suppliers to offer products under their own business or brand names.

For seller-listed products, the respective seller or manufacturer is responsible for matters such as product quality, authenticity, product claims, applicable warranties, statutory compliance, packaging, and fulfilment obligations unless specifically stated otherwise.

MxSense Select provides and facilitates the digital marketplace infrastructure, order management, payment support, delivery coordination, customer assistance, and marketplace grievance support.

Supporting Sellers and Businesses

MxSense Select is not only built for customers. We want to provide businesses, suppliers, emerging brands, and local sellers with an opportunity to participate in digital commerce.

Through the marketplace, eligible sellers can:
